Aquentium, Inc. Growth Continues as Company Announces Allowance of Patent for the Production of Disaster-Relief Housing and Structures
PALM SPRINGS, Calif., May 23, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Aquentium, Inc. (OTC: AQNM) a diversified publicly traded holding company announced today that the company continues to experience growth on the production of its disaster-relief housing and structures.
The company was recently notified through the Law Firm of Gifford, Krass, Groh, Sprinkle, Anderson & Citowski that inventor Theodore Ciotti's patent application for the production of disaster-relief housing and structures has been allowed.
Aquentium, Inc. holds an exclusive licensing agreement with Mr. Ciotti for the manufacturing and marketing of this type of quickly deployed housing and support structures.
"The prototype housing unit has been under development and construction for several months and is expected to be unveiled in June," stated Aquentium, Inc. President & CEO Mark Taggatz. "While the company has not accepted any orders, pending the allowance of the patent; we are formulating and solidifying our worldwide marketing plan geared towards the campaign for insurance companies, state disaster agencies, foreign countries and their counterparts," added Taggatz. The manufacturing facility, currently targeted for Palm Springs, California will produce expanding, re-deployable, containerized structures for disaster-relief, such as homes, clinics, schools and places of worship, etc. Management believes that the creation of new jobs regarding these units could be between 100 and 400 within the first five years of production. These unique retrofitted structures conveniently ships as an intermodal shipping container that allow for quick and easy disbursement in time sensitive disaster situations. Given the products many distinct advantages, coupled with the break-through construction technology, inventor Theodore Ciotti is highly confident that their nascent company will become the industry leader. "It is our goal to work hand-in-hand with the federal and state governments, emergency management agencies, insurance companies, and private relief groups. This patented solution will forever change the response time and extensive costs associated to disaster victims. By providing a more durable, re-usable form of temporary housing, this will enable the quick support and infrastructure necessary for the devastated community and its victims," commented Taggatz. "Now the dream is becoming a reality," exclaimed Ciotti.
