Aquentium, Inc. Signs Exclusive Master Distributor Agreement with Tripax Engineering Co. Pty Ltd.
NORTH PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Aug 23, 2005 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Aquentium, Inc. (OTC: AQNM) www.aquentium.com, a diversified holding company, announced today that the company has signed an exclusive master distributor agreement with Tripax Engineering Co. Pty Ltd.
Under terms of the agreement, Aquentium, Inc. will serve as master distributor for Tripax Engineering's washing lines initially, with more product lines introduced over time, serving both the North and South America markets.
"Aquentium will focus its sales and marketing efforts on Tripax's newest model. The 'Wash Tank and Centrifugal Dewaterer' offers complete salad and salad components wash processing in a smaller footprint, with capabilities that include 1- to 1/2 tons per hour with reduced energy costs. Other TRIPAX products include cheese shredding, blending, bean and carrot processing and materials handling equipment, among many other lines. The 'Ready to Eat' consumer market in both North and South America has experienced tremendous growth and this product fits the bill in terms of quality, dependability and price point. This line of equipment will be a 'show stopper' at many of the upcoming produce trade shows," commented Aquentium CEO Mark Taggatz.
